I used to love Palm Palace and then they moved to partridge creek as a express service! I order a fatush tawook salad that still cost the same as it did when It was a restaurant. I was disappointed to realize that I didn't get my garlic paste on the side and had to walk all the way back in the freezing cold to ask for some. Once I got home I couldn't wait to eat it and the dressing wasn't on the side it was already on my salad which made it all soggy and it had leaked through the bag. Why would you put the dressing on it if it was to go?????The size of the salad was like a side salad and has been cut in half but not the price. I was so disappointed. For a salad that cost just under $10 I won't be going back anytime soon.

Very disappointed in comparison to the stand alone restaurants. I've given this place three tries and the food quality severely lacks. Staff is friendly, price is typical for mall food. Pita bread is not served warm. Shwarma does not taste the same as original stand alone locations. Menu change was needed, and good, unfortunately quality of food did not increase with the changes.

This place should have been shut down before it opened. Service is terrible, food is terrible and numerous employees of mine have gotten sick or food poisoning. Where's the health inspector at? Thanks for putting me out of work for days. I wish I could rate zero stars.

This place certainly is express. The menu is very restricted compared to a regular Palm Palace. The there are chicken and steak wraps, salads, lentil soup and hummus. No juices like most locations, they have a soda machine and bottled beverages. This is a fast casual style restaurant, order at the counter, they bring it to you. The wraps are larger than the restaurant but more expensive. They use a different sauce in the chicken schwarma wrap. I prefer the garlic sauce used in the restaurant. This was sweeter and more tangy. The pita that came with the hummus were the small puffy pitas, but they are served cold. It may be a decent fast option when at Partridge Creek, but I will definitely miss many selections at the now closed hall road location.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO THERE! This place is awful! 1st of all, don't expect your food to come out fast even if they're called Palm Palace Express, it took forever! 2nd, our chicken kabob was sooooo dry and didn't look like all white meat like a real chicken kabob is suppose to me made. There was brown and white meat, which is ok if you like that, but when you ask for all white meat and something else comes out, it's a disappoint! Then, I asked for ketchup for my daughter's kofta, and then the cashier says we have no more ketchup. What? I've never in my entire life ever encountered that?! Who runs out of ketchup? That's like saying we ran out of soda! Ridiculous. Also, they have enough staff to clean the tables in this DINKY place, well no, of course, one of the girls is sitting behind the counter not doing anything...and you guessed it, the tables were nasty! They give middle eastern food a bad rep, shame on you, you are not a middle eastern restaurant!! Disgusted! Forgot to mention, they charge you a sandwich 6 BUCKS!!! 6 BUCKS! Any middle eastern restaurant charge $4-5 and it tastes amazing... Go to LESAJ!! Close by and ten times better!!

This place was just okay. I had the chicken kabob sandwich which was good. Also the lentil soup which I hated! There was a weird spice in it that I didn't like. After one bite it went in the garbage.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I just spent almost $20 on the worst food ever. Bad flavor, and food came out very fast, almost a little too fast...terrible quality. Save your money and go to La Saj.
